Hello, Chicago fans attending the concert tonight!

I managed to get a ticket last minute from someone in my area who had a friend cancel on them so I suddenly find myself in a position to go, which I never expected in a millon years! I don't attend very many concerts, though, and this will be my first time at the Chicago Theatre so I was wondering if anyone knows the ropes of attempting to meet / get photo with / get autograph of / etc, the Conchords after the show.

My brother and I are more the sort to duck out immediately after the encore and have never before attempted to get close to the performers so I'm totally new to the concept and I definitly don't want to pass up this opportunity-- especially as all the concert recaps and pictures paint them out to be very accomodating and genuinely agreeable to meeting their fans.

So if anyone has tips on the best way to go about it, where the fans congregate after, whether its generally ok to bring a camera along despite the no-photo rule during the show (I know they tend to search you), or any other insight I would be incredibly grateful! The friend I'm going up and back with is not interested in meeting them (LAME) but has agreed to stick around with me for a bit if I want to give it a shot.

Much love and I'll probably see some of you tonight!

I'm not familiar with the specific theatre, but I wasn't with the one I went to either (Town Hall in NYC) and we still met them! Generally people congregate by the stage door - if it's not clear where that is, you can probably just ask one of the security guys after the show (I just straight up asked them where the guys would come out, haha). As for a camera, Town Hall was super strict about no pictures, but they barely even checked my bag - my camera was just buried under a cardigan. No big deal. If you're not bringing a bag, I'd suggest a pocket... I doubt they'll search you. Also, we waited about an hour for the boys to come out.

Anyway, hope this helps, and have a fabulous night!
